Alpine salt

This unique salt is mined in our native Alps, at the heart of the salt-producing crown estate of the Bad Aussees adit.

It has the most minerals of all of the KönigsSalz’s salts. The unusually high iron content is responsible for its reddish-brown colour. It is perfect for solid dishes. A further advantage of Alpine salt is its short transport distance.
