Anden salt
This „Flor de Sal“ is extracted from a spring in Sacred Valley of the Incas which is located on an altitude of 3000 meters. The saline water is collected in multileveled basins according to the fine Inca tradition. After the evaporation of water, this precious salt is being sun-dried. Anden salt is characterized by its brackish taste.
